Refund policy

Failed generations are refunded automatically
If a video fails to generate, its credits return to your balance without you asking. You will see the refund in your credit history and the exact error on the video, with a one-click retry. You are never charged credits for something we failed to deliver.
Editing is free
Re-rendering a video after an edit — changing narration, captions, transitions, music, voice or frames — costs no credits. Only new generations are charged.
Subscription refunds
If something goes wrong within 7 days of a payment and we cannot put it right, email us and we will refund that payment in full.
After 7 days, or where a substantial share of the period's credits has been spent, we generally do not refund — the work has already been performed and paid for on our side. We will still look at genuine cases individually.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next payment; it does not refund the current period. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and videos you have already made remain yours.
Credits
Credits themselves are not refundable for cash and expire at the end of each billing period. Buy the plan that matches what you actually publish rather than stockpiling.
How to request one
Email us from the address on your account with what happened. We reply to refund requests within two business days.
